  16. Air was 0 degres celsius at the begining. It was long winter. Water was very cold. I took that size as it is easy for transport and easier to paddle on the river. Bigger boat would be faster and more comfortable.

  24. They sell them in Ukraine. I had very good dry suit from Sandiline, and things you can see on video. Very basic.
